The Retention Project Manager role can help the university transform lives and reach our 1 million students' goal by a leading our student experience products team.


We are seeking a leader for our student experience products team. Our new Retention Project

Manager will be in charge of executing multiple projects that Supports our annual retention plan,

setting work plans with various internal teams, tracking and reflecting progress, and optimizing

our ongoing day-to-day workflow to ensure hitting projects goals & deadlines, while providing

high-level end products. The position is a 100% remote.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree- a must
  • 2-4 years of experience in project management, preferably in the education sector or digital environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English – a must.
  • Experience in B2C customer facing platforms – an advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to work productively independently and with different internal departments and external agencies.
  • Great multitasking and time-management skills with proven ability to handle major projects simultaneously.
  • Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, problem solver, reliable and accountable person who works well in a fast-paced environment


Responsibilities:

  • Leading end-to-end projects while coordinating internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects. Report directly to the Senior Manager of Experience Product team as needed
  • Manage all the collateral requirements for the project's delivery Such as content & designs.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks both on the day-to-day level and on the long-term milestones to align with projects goals & deadlines while being able to have a clear view of the project’s status at any given time
  • Ensure that all retention’s projects are on schedule while being able to have a clear view of the project’s status and raise flags when needed
  • Monitor and track progress and performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentations
  • Optimizing and improving working processes and the overall approach where needed
