About the role

We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated to become part of a passionate and engaged team. Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

Collect samples (blood and non-blood) with care and attention Keep meticulous records for every patient and sample Prepare and package specimens for transport and testing

About you

To be successful in this role you'll bring with you:

Demonstrated experience and knowledge in Phlebotomy or a Certificate III in Pathology Collection, diploma of nursing, or relevant experience  Show a high level of empathy, communication, and customer service Strong time management, interpersonal and organisational skills Confidence and ability to work autonomously and within a small team Flexible to work extra hours to cover leave at other surrounding areas
