ACES is seeking Cybersecurity Workforce Development Managers to support DoD CIO. Hybrid Work requires ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE on 5 Year Contract starting in Sep/Oct at offices in the Mark Center Pentagon and Crystal City. Work involves developing and revising cybersecurity frameworks supporting advanced training programs and engaging in workforce development initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Clearance: DoD Active Secret
  • Education/Experience: Bachelors degree in field related to tasking and 10 years of relevant experience or no degree in field related to tasking with 14 years of relevant experience
  • Technical: Must be experienced with DoD Cybersecurity policies programs and products with proficiency in Microsoft 365 (DoD365) to include Office MS Teams and SharePoint Online a plus
  • Communication: Requires excellent verbal and writing communication skills and strong attention to detail and organizational skills

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support efforts to revise develop and publish DoD Cybersecurity Workforce Framework (DCWF) content in coordination with the DoD CIO and stakeholders.
  • Support development revision and publishing of evolving rolebased terminal learning objectives.
  • Research and provide analytical support to establish uptodate cyberspace workforce qualification requirements and ensure advanced cyber training and certification programs align with industry best practices and standards.
  • Provide advanced workforce and organizational development experience to validate content and methodology along with specialized expertise to develop recommendations materials supporting implementation of a framework for the DoD Cyber Workforce.
  • Maintain expertise in current and emerging cyber workforce development trends to support DoD interests by providing subject matter experts to international and interagency working groups.
  • Support advancement of DoD Cyber functional initiatives such as education training and exchange programs to enhance workforce professional development.
  • Conduct environmental scans to identify cyber assessments that are currently in development or deployment. For civilian cyber assessment that are in deployment focus on successfully deployed efforts and if DoD can employ these assessments for work rolespecific populations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to draft or revise supplemental guidance and communications products to assist in the development or revision of cyber workforce policies procedures and associated cyber workforce supplemental guidance documents.
  • Cultivate university engagement via outreach initiatives to continue DoD and academic collaboration in crosssector cyber and IT operations. Leverage established relationships with Centers of Academic Excellence (CAE) and Senior Military Colleges (SMC) to host community of practice meetings share program successes and review lessons learned.
