About the Role: The Retail Development executive is the key person to help expand Orange Health s retail footprint.Responsible for site selection conducting market research and analysis to identify potential new store locations coordination with various teams
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Site Selection and Evaluation: Travel to multiple locations and conduct market research to find the best location to expand Orange Health Lab s retail footprint.
  • Location Search: Work with real estate brokers to negotiate on the lease and secure optimal location.
  • End to End Property Acquisition: Closing the transaction from short listing of the site Inspecting with OPS and project team doing feasibility of site Negotiation agreement drafting possession for fitout to store launch.
  • Gathering Property Information: Taking pictures of property along with area details and maintaining the database along with catchment.


Skills we are looking for:
  • Knowledge of local real estate markets their property values trends and market conditions.
  • Ability to understand real estate contracts.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Build strong relationships with Real estate agents landlords and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

Compensation and Benefits:
