What You Will be Doing:

The Strategy Operations Support position will help the Strategy Office drive efficiency and effectiveness across the agency and within our team. We are looking for someone to assist our team in delivering high-quality services to our internal and external customers. This includes helping with administrative functions like coordinating event logistics, performing administrative research and analysis, drafting meeting notes and tracking follow up, ensuring timely responses to customers, and assisting with the development and maintenance of team materials and tools.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

  • Three years of secretarial or administrative support experience that includes coordinating office procedures, preparing narrative and statistical reports, and administrative data collection and analysis; OR
  • An associate degree in general office occupations and two years of secretarial or administrative support experience that includes coordinating office procedures, preparing narrative and statistical reports, and administrative data collection and analysis; OR
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience.
