Key Responsibilities of the Assistant Controller:

· Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

· Assist in the preparation of management reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).

· Assist in the development of the annual budget and periodic forecasts.

· Monitor budget performance and provide analysis on variances.

· Oversee the maintenance of the general ledger, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.

· Perform month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.

· Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and relevant regulations.

· Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.

· Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, providing training and support.

· Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

· Collaborate with operations management to support financial decision-making.

· Provide financial insights and recommendations for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.


Minimum Qualifications for the Assistant Controller:

· Bachelors degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related

· At least 3-5 years of related experience

· Strong ERP and excel skills
