We are looking for a Sr. Bookkeeper to join the financial department. As the Sr. Bookkeeper you will support employees customers and thirdparty vendors in receiving invoices payments and track receipts.

Responsibilities:
  • Accounts Payable Purchase orders item/ goods receipts invoices and payments
  • Accounts Receivable Invoicing customers collecting and recording receipts
  • Bank and credit card reconciliation
  • Period close reconciliations accruals and revenue cutoff journal entries etc.
  • Coordinates timekeeping and payroll systems
  • Tracking employee s attendance system
  • File payroll tax and quarterly tax reports
  • Administer company benefits (health 401k etc.)
  • Other related duties as assigned

Requirements :

  • 5 years experience in bookkeeping (experience in QuickBooks an advantage)
  • Solid knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles (GAAP) laws and regulations
  • Familiarity with payroll software/HRIS
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Accounting certification (e.g. CMA or CPA) an advantage
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills attention to detail
  • Serviceoriented multitasking
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
