We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP). You will play a crucial role in driving HR solutions that support sustainable structures desired culture and overall organizational health. Your responsibilities will include strategic consultation performance management and fostering employee development within sales and marketing teams.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of comprehensive HR experience particularly in sales and marketing environments.
- Experience in industries such as manufacturing consumer durables heavy equipment or industrial equipment.
- Advanced skills in MS Office Suite and experience with Enterprise HCM systems (Workday preferred).
- Indepth understanding of local and national employment laws.
- Certification in PHR SPHR SHRMCP or SHRMSCP is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to drive employee engagement and manage change effectively.
- Strong data analysis skills to develop actionable recommendations for HR metrics and employee engagement surveys.
- Excellent interpersonal communication problemsolving analytical and decisionmaking skills.
Essential Duties:
- Strategic Human Resources Planning: Develop and implement strategic HR plans that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Compensation Strategies: Develop and manage variable compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent ensuring competitive and equitable compensation practices.
- Change Management: Lead and support change management initiatives to drive organizational transformation and ensure smooth transitions.
- Performance Management and Succession Planning: Lead activities related to performance reviews employee retention and succession planning for sales and marketing teams.
- Strategic Consultation and Coaching: Provide strategic advice coaching and mentoring to individuals and leaders within the sales and marketing departments focusing on compensation strategy employee engagement and executive coaching.
- Employee Engagement and Development: Facilitate sessions to boost engagement career growth learning and development and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- HR Policy Administration: Implement and manage HR policies processes and programs to ensure operational efficiency across various regions ensuring HR compliance with local/country employment laws.
- KPI Monitoring and Data Analysis: Actively track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) offering datadriven insights to leadership for continuous improvement.
- Employee Relations and Compliance: Handle employee relations issues ensuring adherence to all relevant employment laws and regulations and managing labor relations.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them ensuring legal compliance and organizational resilience.
- Cultural and People Strategy: Collaborate with senior leaders to establish and maintain a target culture and people strategies including organizational design talent management and change management.
- Technology Proficiency: Utilize advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and Enterprise Human Capital Management (HCM) systems (SAP SuccessFactors Oracle HCM Cloud Workday HCM ADP Workforce Now) to support HR functions.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required with preference for an MS or MBA.
