Our client is launching a new service in parternship with top hospitals and large health networks to help healthcare providers coordinate transportation for lowincome elderly and disabled patients. This is an exciting opportunity to help launch a product that can legitimately improve the healthcare for millions of at risk patients who face transportation barriers to proper healthcare.

Responsibilities:

Ensure the successful implementation and adoption of software in hospitals health systems and practices

Manage daytoday communication and other account management activities

Train end users and assists healthcare providers with patient education and enrollment to ensure successful program implementation

Maintains onsite presence with healthcare providers as needed to any hightouch needs


Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Fast and flexible learner organized detailoriented

Prior experience in the healthcare industry is ideal

Ability to report into executive management
