Our Payroll Services Division is looking for a Program Specialist. The focus of this role is to provide an exceptional experience to our workers and clients who have engaged PrideOne to be the Employer of Record for the contingent workers they want to bring on to assignment. You will be the face of PrideOne to our workers, our client, and third parties involved in the contingent worker relationship.


The Opportunity

  • Client Support – interface with client personnel at all levels of seniority including hiring managers and Sourcing. Be the SME regarding the hiring workflow and employment requirements to managers, suppliers and workers. Provide support as needed to ensure proper usage and adoption of systems and processes. Follow up on all hiring manager issues as they relate to our solution or specific temp/supplier. Liaison with help desk personnel from Pride and suppliers and the client to resolve any technical issues.
  • On-Boarding of Contingent Workers – reach out to workers identified by the client to introduce PrideOne and walk them through all stages of the process needed to start on assignment. Maintain detailed records of each worker’s progress and follow up proactively to work through any issues that arise to achieve the fastest and smoothest possible onboarding experience. Explain and negotiate contract terms as needed.
  • Assignment Management – be the primary point of contact for all workers on assignment in your program(s). Direct workers to the appropriate Pride representative for issues regarding payroll, benefits, etc. Throughout the engagement, the Program Specialist may become involved with performance issues, rate adjustments and extensions.
  • Off-Boarding of Temps –work with the client, workers and suppliers to facilitate the correct off-boarding procedures, which may include the return of client property and notification to client reps.
  • Client Systems – gain intimate knowledge of the client workflow, from worker identification through the placement management, timesheets, invoicing and payment.


Your Qualifications

  • BA degree & at least 3 years of client account management or recruiting experience. Additional work experience may be substituted for BA.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally. Able to interact and communicate with all levels of staff, including highly compensated contract workers with high expectations of service.
  • Ability to think creatively, flexibly and with empathy when presented with a challenge. Remain calm and positive when dealing with frustrated clients or contractors.
  • Must have excellent organizational and prioritizing skills, common-sense problem solving skills, attention to detail, sense of urgency and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with Beeline, Fieldglass or other VMS tool is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of labor and employment laws is a plus.
  • Client interface experience, aware of organizational culture differences.

Salary range: The target salary for this role ranges from $67,5000 per year to $80,000 per year plus variable incentives. The salary offered will be determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
