You will be an integral part of the IT team handling level 2-3 desktop support, providing critical support to the user community.


This is a full-time role in Century City with an excellent compensation and benefits package.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of IT support/Desktop Support experience
  • Active Directory/O365/Intune/VPN, etc.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with hardware/software rollouts, migrations, and upgrades.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work overtime when necessary.


This is a full-time role, in-office in Century City/Los Angeles, CA.
