Position Overview:

As a Sales Representative in Business Development you’ll play a critical role in our company’s success. You’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities managing key accounts and working closely with technical and engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions to our clients. This role requires someone who is selfmotivated driven and able to thrive in a fastpaced environment. If you're a naturalborn hunter with the ability to close deals and forge strong business relationships this is the perfect role for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain longlasting relationships with clients ensuring their business needs are met.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage a pipeline of potential deals.
  • Present product solutions to clients alongside technical and engineering teams.
  • Lead negotiations on contracts terms and conditions for compressor sales packages.
  • Monitor market trends identify key competitors and develop strategies to stay ahead.
  • Represent the company at trade shows conferences and industry events to promote our technology.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
  • 35 years of experience in sales ideally within rotating/static machinery or a related industry.
  • A proven track record of success in new business development and account management.
  • Strong communication and negotiation ss with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Selfstarter with excellent organizational ss and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a crossfunctional team.
  • Experience with CRM software and proficiency in Excel.
