The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through handling inbound and outbound calls resolving customer inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills a friendly demeanor and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products services and policies.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions in the company’s database.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge company policies and procedures.
  • Achieve individual and team performance goals and targets.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficient in using computer systems databases and call center software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • A positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
