The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills a friendly demeanor and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products services and policies.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Document customer interactions and transactions in the company’s database.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
- Stay updated on product knowledge company policies and procedures.
- Achieve individual and team performance goals and targets.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems databases and call center software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- A positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
