The role

As a Senior Analyst, Project Management (Operational Readiness/Change Management), you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customer support operations are fully prepared for change initiatives. You'll develop and implement strategies to drive seamless transitions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and continuously improve our processes. ????

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support customer support initiatives and projects.
  • Ensure the customer support team is prepared for new product launches, process changes, and system implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational readiness activities with project timelines.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of change management and operational readiness activities.

What we need to see from you

  • You have 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce and customer support, with expertise in project management, change management, and/or operational readiness.
  • You possess excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, enabling you to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • You are detail-oriented, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management abilities, allowing you to thrive in a dynamic environment.
