Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the documents control for Structural/Architectural documents/drawings and general submissions Required to manage the registry for documents/drawings submission such as transmittal, letter, RFI, Master Drawing List and sample/Catalogues Submission Register To maintain softcopy of submission/drawings for Construction in the common server and prepare hardcopy for Construction to site staff and sub-con To ensure proper recording received from Consultants and submission of documents on daily basis To ensure that all documents are updated to latest versions for issuance to Client/Consultant/Sub-ContractorsRequirements:
Experience in document control / administrative role for construction projects Minimum 3 years of experience in similar job scope Able to work independently and get along with others Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision 5 working days contractWork Location:
Pasir Ris Construction Site Office (company transport pick up from Tampines & Punggol MRT)
