Pay: $17 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift
As an Office Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office with responsibilities that include, but are not limited to:
- Answering incoming phone calls and emails.
- Greeting, assisting, and directing visitors, vendors, and service personnel to the appropriate locations. Escorting guests as needed and notifying company personnel of visitor arrivals, offering refreshments.
- Managing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail; preparing outgoing mail and coordinating FedEx deliveries.
- Providing general administrative support such as typing reports, documents, and correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- Scheduling conference room bookings and coordinating meetings, including ordering lunch.
- Managing office equipment, such as making copies, sending/receiving faxes, and maintaining files.
- Ensuring the kitchen area is stocked, clean, and organized, including ordering beverages and restocking supplies.
- Weekly pay every Friday via direct deposit or pay card
