Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Aqua America is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team. As an essential member of our staff, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our organization.

**Estimated Salary:** $45,000 - $55,000 per year

**Job Description:**

As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including preparing correspondences, reports, and meeting minutes. You will also maintain general files and records, ensure accurate inventory tracking, and assist with physical inventory counts. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional support to our operations team, enabling them to focus on delivering high-quality services to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Prepare and distribute correspondences, reports, and meeting minutes via email or other communication channels.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including inventory levels and file management.
  • Assist with physical inventory counts and perform necessary data entry.
  • Perform administrative tasks as required, such as processing invoices and managing supplies.


**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
