The Fiscal and Tourism Divisions are looking for an intern to assist with Sunflower Summer program weekly attraction reconciliation, payment vouchers, and verify and approve payment vouchers in the state accounting system.

Position Summary & Responsibilities:

Position Responsibilities:

Assist with the Sunflower Summer program weekly attraction reconciliations by checking the tickets redeemed through the app and entering information into spreadsheet. Assist with Sunflower Summer weekly payment vouchers by entering information from the reconciliation spreadsheet into the fiscal payment spreadsheet upload.

Assist Fiscal staff by verifying and approving Sunflower Summer payment vouchers in the state accounting system.

Assist Tourism and Fiscal staff with other Sunflower Summer program related duties as time allows

Intern Minimum Qualifications:

College courses or demonstrated work experience in business management, project management, accounting or finance.

Intern Preferred Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel a plus
