We are seeking an Executive Dining and Banquet Chef to join our team You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and dedicate time to expanding our clientele base to establish the restaurant's brand and reputation.Responsible for all food and pastry production, including that used for restaurants, banquet functions and other outlets. Develop menus, food purchase specifications and recipes. Supervise production and pastry staff.

Develop and monitor food and labor budget for the department. Maintain highest professional food quality and sanitation standards.Responsibilities:Oversees day-to-day culinary operationsHires, trains, supervises, schedules and evaluates the work of kitchen staff.Safeguards all food preparation employees by implementing training to increase their knowledge about safety, sanitation and accident prevention principles.Develops recipes and techniques for food preparation and presentation that assure consistent high-quality food.Maintains physical presence during times of high business volumeVisits dining room Members and guestsManages food production for holiday buffets and outside tournaments and eventsQualifications:Past experience as a working Chef, banquet experience requiredKnowledge of cost and labor systemsKnowledge of food safety and sanitation standardsStrong leadership qualitiesAbility to communicate in a fast-paced environmentAbility to manage food inventory and costsAbility to prioritize tasks for multiple dining and eventsRequires excellent time management skillsCompany Description Social Club including Golf and Tennis, focused on Member Services
