Job Summary

We are seeking qualified candidates for a full-time position as a Program Assistant for the Middle School Program YAS. This role offers direct administrative assistance and customer service to after-school programs within PRCS. Responsibilities include processing monthly fees and scholarships, reviewing and maintaining children's records, and facilitating communication with parents and site staff, along with other essential functions pertinent to the position and departmental assignment.

We are currently hiring for the following location(s):

PRCS, 742 Miller Drive SE, Leesburg, VA
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Delivers administrative support services to the Department. Collects program fees. Provides customer service. Ensures the upkeep of program documentation. Additional critical job responsibilities may be undertaken that are specific to the role and departmental assignment.

Minimum Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent and one (1) year of related work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

Job Contingencies and Special Requirements

Must undergo criminal, credit, Child Protective Services (CPS) and DMV records checks. A valid driver's license and a good driving record are mandatory, with driving records subject to annual review to ensure ongoing eligibility.  Fingerprinting, TB test within 30 days of hire.  Obtain or renew First Aid/CPR certifications at the time of hire or within four (4) months following employment.
