We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Licensed Program Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our licensed programs, including pre-school and childcare programs. Your responsibilities will include gathering and handling program fees, ensuring polite and timely customer service, and maintaining required program documentation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to licensed programs, including pre-school and childcare programs.
  • Gathering and handling program fees in accordance with defined processes and policies.
  • Ensuring polite and timely customer service for County staff, vendors, residents, and other visitors.
  • Maintaining required program documentation.
  • Carrying out designated special assignments either autonomously or as part of a group.

Work schedule varies following operational hours and may include weekday, evening, and weekend hours. Hiring salary is commensurate with experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent and one (1) year of related work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in utilizing the ePACT software application.
  • Ability to use RecTrac software proficiently.
  • Proficiency in utilizing the Brightwheel software application.

Job Contingencies and Special Requirements:

  • Criminal background, credit, and DMV check required.
  • A valid driver's license and good driving record are required.
  • An annual review of driving records is conducted to confirm eligibility status.
  • Within 30 days of hire, fingerprints and TB tests must be performed.
  • A CPS check is required.
  • First Aid/CPR certification must be obtained within four months of hire or at the time of hire.
