We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Configure and support enterpriseclass network hardware in a highly redundant environment.
  • Ensure uptime requirements are met and independently respond to and correct errors and hardware exceptions on a variety of network hardware.
  • Be onsite at one of OPMs datacenter locations within 2 hours of an identified event.
  • Work independently and collaboratively with a team to provide network support for enterpriseclass hardware systems.
  • Utilize various infrastructure tools for monitoring networkbased configuration backups incident reporting and ticket tracking.
Required Skills
  • Experience with configuring and supporting enterpriseclass network hardware.
  • Ability to ensure uptime requirements and respond to hardware exceptions.
  • Experience working independently and with a team.
  • Proficiency with infrastructure tools for monitoring configuration backups and incident reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Certifications
  • AZ900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
