Introduction:
We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist for Travel to join our dynamic team in the Hospitality industry. If you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and love helping travelers make the most of their experiences then this is the perfect role for you. As a Customer Service Specialist for Travel you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable travel experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with booking travel arrangements including flights accommodations and transportation
- Provide personalized recommendations and advice to customers based on their travel preferences
- Handle customer inquiries complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer problems and ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay uptodate on travel trends destinations and regulations to better assist customers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service preferably in the travel industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fastpaced environment
- Knowledge of travel booking systems and software is a plus
