Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract highquality IT candidates.
Source and identify potential candidates through various channels including job boards social media and networking events.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications skills and cultural fit.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates hiring managers and industry professionals.
Manage the endtoend recruitment process including job postings screening interviewing and offer negotiations.
Stay updated on industry trends and changes to effectively advise on recruitment strategies.
Maintain accurate and uptodate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience as a recruiter preferably with a focus on the IT industry.
Indepth knowledge of IT roles and industry standards.
Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
