About the role:

Working Location: Uxbridge London

We are seeking a skilled Web Executive with expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and the Adobe Analytics Suite to join our digital team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimising our website analysing user behavior and supporting data management initiatives including the upcoming implementation of the BYD CRM system.

Reporting to the Deputy Marketing Manager the role will be responsible for the following:

Key objectives and responsibilities:

  1. Website Management:
    1. With the support of our European web team maintain and update the BYD UK website using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to ensure content accuracy relevance and usability.
    2. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create and publish engaging web content including articles videos and graphics.
  2. Search Engine Optimisation:
    1. Working with our SEO agency implement best practices to improve organic search rankings and increase website visibility of BYD UKs electric vehicles.
    2. Conduct keyword research onpage optimisation and backlink strategies to drive targeted traffic and improve user experience.
  3. User Experience (UX) & Competitor Research:
    1. Evaluate and optimise the websites navigation accessibility and design through automotive competitor research to enhance user satisfaction and engagement.
    2. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights identify areas for improvement and stay ahead of industry trends.
    3. Collaborate with design and development teams to implement UX best practices and ensure a seamless user journey across the website.
    4. Monitor website efficiency and conversion rates of online leads to improve performance of traffic to lead ratios.
  4. Collaboration:
    1. Work closely with internal stakeholders including marketing sales aftersales and our BYD UK retailer network to align web initiatives with business objectives.
    2. Provide support with the network on web analytics data and CRM system functionalities.
  5. Test and Learn
    1. Work with Paid media team to conduct A/B testing on landing pages and user journeys to improve performance of media campaigns

Your profile:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Analytics Suite.
  • Strong understanding of web development SEO and digital marketing principles.
  • Experience with data management practices.
  • Excellent analytical problemsolving and multitasking skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  • UK driving license.
  • Right to work in the UK.
