Your Role

We are hiring an experienced and driven Marketing Specialist to join our team in St. Louis MO This position will collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and execute marketing strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and customer engagement. Successful candidates will have experience working in a service provider industry proficiency in marketing tools and platforms with a passion for innovation and the life sciences.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to define clear value propositions and messaging for life sciences solutions. Work closely with sales product and scientific teams to align marketing efforts.
  • Conduct market research and analysis identify trends competitive landscapes and customer needs in the life science industry.
  • Utilize AI marketing tools to enhance campaign targeting personalization and performance.
  • Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and enhance online visibility.
  • Develop compelling content including social media content whitepapers blogs case studies etc. ensuring the development of highquality and engaging content for various marketing channels.
  • Manage marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Develop and coordinate comprehensive marketing plans campaigns and schedules.
  • Support web development activities to optimize the companys online presence ensuring websites are userfriendly and aligned with marketing and overall company goals.
  • Coordinate plan and execute industry events conferences webinars and related. Proactively coordinate all event logistics promotional materials etc.
  • Support sales and business teams in lead generation implementing effective marketing and lead generation strategies.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders in the life sciences community.
  • Represent PSC Biotech at industry events conferences etc. when needed.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.


Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in marketing business administration or related discipline.
  • Proven experience supporting marketing for a service provider organization/company.
  • Minimum of 6 years of professional marketing experience. Experience in life sciences marketing preferred.
  • Strong understanding of web development graphic design and promotional content creation.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO and AI Marketing Tools.
  • Ability to effectively coordinate marketing initiatives and tasks working collaboratively across teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organization and timemanagement capabilities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Goal and results oriented.
