Fachverantwortliche/r HR-Projekte und -Prozesse (70 %)

Ihre Aufgaben

Den HR-Digitalisierungs- und Transformationsprozess im HR mitgestalten und vorantreiben HR-Projekte wie zum Beispiel Durchführen einer Mitarbeiterumfrage oder Neugestaltung des Onboarding-Prozesses leiten Den Kanton als Arbeitgeber noch bekannter machen (Employer Branding) Die Gewinnung von Talenten mit einem klugen HR-Marketing sicherstellen Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft und bei der Erarbeitung personalpolitischer Entscheidungsgrundlagen

Ihre Kompetenzen

Weiterbildung im HR-Bereich (NDS, HF oder MAS) Breiter HR-Background, insbesondere in der Führung und Umsetzung von anspruchsvollen HR-Digitalisierungs-Projekten IT-affine Persönlichkeit mit sehr guten MS-Office-Kenntnissen und idealerweise Navision-Erfahrung Teamorientierte, analytisch und konzeptionell arbeitende Persönlichkeit Freude daran, etwas zu gestalten und Neues auszuprobieren
