Supply Chain Services Analyst

Job Summary
The Supply Chain Services Analyst will play a crucial role in monitoring and optimizing our client's Drilling and Completions invoicing processes. This position involves managing day-to-day Ariba invoicing activities, resolving issues, and driving continuous process improvement within the SAP/Ariba system. The ideal candidate will also provide essential support for procurement operations in alignment with company policies.

Responsibilities
  • Onboard and train new suppliers on Ariba Network for electronic invoice submission
  • Maintain accurate supplier data in SAP and Ariba
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Ariba and SAP invoicing issues
  • Manage and resolve invoice disputes
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth transactional processes
  • Analyze invoice data to identify trends, potential fraud, or duplicate payments
  • Create service entry sheets in SAP and reconcile data
  • Support daily procurement operations, including contracts, purchase orders, and work orders
  • Identify and implement process improvements within the supply chain
  • Participate in special projects as needed

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of industry experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong teamwork and independent problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience with SAP procurement and Ariba invoicing
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

Location and Reporting
This position is based in our Houston Corporate office with the flexibility to work remotely two (2) days per week. The Supply Chain Services Analyst will report to the Supply Chain Services Supervisor.
