Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and issues related to our SCADA IT and OT solutions
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key technical stakeholders within client organizations
Work closely with clients to identify technical requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design implement and test customized solutions
Conduct technical presentations product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and internal teams
Manage project timelines deliverables and budgets to ensure successful project completion
Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to clients as needed
Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies related to SCADA IT and OT
RequirementsRequirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
5 years of experience in a technical account management role with a focus on SCADA IT or OT solutions with Field Operations familiarity
Experience working with industrial control systems (ICS) and cybersecurity best practices for ICS
Strong understanding of network architecture and security including firewalls VPNs and intrusion detection systems (IDS)
Experience with project management methodologies and tools
Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel up to 50% to customer sites throughout the project and also periodic visits after project delivery to support ongoing support maintenance and upgrades
Oil & Gas or Oil Field experience is a plus
