Schneider Electric has an opportunity for an Application Engineering Intern in the Morrisville, NC area You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in programming controllers, setting up systems, and contributing to various projects both in office and on construction sites.

What will you do?
  • Conduct checks on VAV (Variable Air Volume) boxes and wiring panels for digital building control platform
  • Perform checkouts of controller boxes, air handle controller, dampers, temperature readings, and fans to ensure they are operational and follow the sequence of operations
  • Conduct functional testing of building automation systems


What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Pursuing a bachelors degree in Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical, and HVAC services a plus
  • HVAC trade experience is highly desirable
  • Ability to work fast-paced environment
  • Strong conflict management and attentive communication skills
