Job Duties and Qualifications

Responsibilities:
• Under broad direction, creates advanced artificial lift application recommendations and artificial lift proposal development.
• Subject matter expert on artificial lift application and evaluation in his/her area of knowledge.
• Provides technical and operational assistance to both internal and external customers in a professional manner.
• Leads post well evaluations of artificial lift performance.
• Track product development projects and monitor the area's artificial lift design requirements.
• Performs assignments, including the generation of technical papers and performance profiles, requiring knowledge and application of engineering principles, advanced artificial lift technology concepts and pump install processes.
• Utilizes project management skills in the organization and execution of project assignments.
• Demonstrates the competencies to perform all Technical Professional (TP) functions and mentor/coach employees at lower levels.
• Performance measurements are based upon the successful commercialization of new products, revenue, inventory, and profit, based upon the business plan of assigned area of responsibility.

Requirements:
• Completion of an undergraduate degree in Engineering or Science and a minimum of 6 years of experience in artificial lift operations required.
