Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Oversee daily office operationsschedule meetings, manage supplies, and maintain records. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and essential documentation. Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance communication.

E-commerce Management:

Manage and update product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms. Monitor and process online orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment. Provide stellar customer service by responding to online sales inquiries and resolving issues. Assist in inventory management, including stock monitoring and replenishment.

Marketing Support:

Assist in the execution of e-commerce marketing campaignspromotions, discounts, and more. Work with the marketing team to boost online product visibility and drive sales.

Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with e-commerce platforms. Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
