We are actively seeking a qualified and proactive Property Manager to lead the operations of a multifamily apartment community. Primary Responsibilities:

Property Oversight:

Manage all aspects of daily operations within a multifamily apartment community to ensure residents enjoy exceptional living conditions.

Implement and maintain efficient systems for processing rent managing leases and coordinating property maintenance.

Oversee financial performance through effective budgeting and provide regular updates to ensure fiscal responsibility and profitability.

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations including local state and federal housing guidelines.

Team Development and Leadership:

Supervise train and mentor a team of property management personnel fostering a culture of professional development.

Conduct regular team meetings to align staff with company values and operational goals.

Set and monitor performance indicators for team members providing evaluations and constructive feedback.

Collaborate with the HR department to attract recruit and retain a talented and motivated workforce.

Resident Engagement and Community Building:

Cultivate positive relationships with residents by addressing their concerns promptly and nurturing a strong community spirit.

Organize and facilitate events and initiatives that promote resident engagement and social connections.

Maintain a clean safe and inviting environment for all community members.

Partner with local organizations and service providers to enrich residents living experiences.

Business Strategy and Marketing:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to attract new residents utilizing both digital platforms and community outreach efforts.

Build and maintain partnerships with local businesses and organizations to enhance property visibility and increase occupancy rates.

Stay informed about market trends and competitor properties to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure competitive positioning.

Qualifications:

A bachelors degree in Business Administration Property Management or a related field is desirable but not essential.

Relevant experience in property management particularly in the multifamily sector is preferred.

Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to manage teams and resolve conflicts effectively.

Proficient in property management software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
