Job Summary:

As a Influencer Marketing Specialist at FlutterHabit, you will play a pivotal role in driving our brand's growth through strategic influencer outreach, relationship-building, and scaling our affiliate programs. You will report directly to the Sr. Influencer & PR Manager and the Director of Marketing.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Influencer Outreach & Engagement: Identify and engage with relevant influencers in the beauty and lifestyle niche to foster brand partnerships.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers to secure ongoing collaborations.
  • Campaign Coordination: Lead and coordinate influencer campaigns to promote FlutterHabit products and enhance brand awareness.
  • Personalized Gifting: Curate and manage personalized gifting for top influencers to strengthen relationships and loyalty.
  • PR Mailers Execution: Collaborate with the Senior Influencer Marketing Manager and Operations Team to execute PR mailers, ensuring timely campaign deployment.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Assist in planning and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns, including product launches and promotions.
  • Seamless Coordination: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure flawless campaign delivery.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, utilizing data to optimize future strategies.
  • Industry Trends & Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth and innovation opportunities.
  • Social Media Collaboration: Partner with the Social Media team to assist with influencer social activations and engagements.


Experience / Abilities:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working with influencers in a marketing capacity.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Influencer Marketing Expertise: Proven understanding and experience in the influencer marketing landscape.
  • Creative Mindset: Passionate about beauty and social media marketing with a creative approach.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., TikTok, TikTok Shop, Instagram, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Time Management: Exceptional time management skills with the ability to remain proactive and ensure stakeholders meet deliverables for launches.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to optimize campaigns.

Hours:

  • This position is a full-time, salaried/exempt position.
  • Hybrid work schedule-Mondays, Wednesdays &Thursdays in office.
