We are looking for a talented Offer Manager to lead our Protection, Control, and Automation (PCA) offerings within the Digital Power Business. This role will be instrumental in organizing our portfolio around protection relays, power automation, software and services. This Offer Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy and roadmap for PCA, while managing the 4Ps of marketing to drive business growth and customer value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, communicate and execute the strategic roadmap for the Protection, Control, and Automation (PCA) offerings, aligning with business objectives and market demands.
  • Drive the development of a comprehensive power protection and automation portfolio for the United States including protection relays, power automation software, and power automation services (design and execution) while ensuring alignment with customer needs and industry trends.
  • Work in partnership with cross-functional teams including product management, R&D, sales, and marketing communications to ensure successful lifecycle management of PCA related offers and solutions.
  • Manage the 4Ps of marketing (product, price, place, and promotion) to effectively position and promote PCA offerings in the market, driving revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Collaborate with other Schneider business units to ensure they are enabled and empowered to use PCA offers in their business.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify market opportunities.
  • Define value propositions and differentiate our PCA offerings in the marketplace.
  • Work closely with sales teams to provide training, tools, and support to enable successful commercialization and sales of PCA solutions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in product management, marketing, or business development within the power distribution or automation industry.
  • Good understanding of protection relays, substation automation, and power distribution automation software and services.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
  • Experience in managing the 4Ps of marketing and driving successful go-to-market strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
