Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of students? Join Covelo Group’s Educational Services team and provide vital speech intervention services to students from grades K-12.

This role offers an opportunity to work closely with students, parents, and educators to develop and implement effective speech therapy plans

*As a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) you will: *
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ speech and communication abilities to develop individualized intervention plans.
* Work with parents, teachers, and administrators to create and implement effective Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.
* Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions, ensuring that interventions are engaging and effective.
* Track and report on student progress towards IEP goals, making adjustments to therapy plans as needed.
* Travel between school campuses to deliver services as required.

*Qualifications for this School-Based SLP position include: *
* Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from accredited speech-language pathology programs.
* Active Speech Language Pathology license in the state of California.
* Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) and BLS certification.
* Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
* Strong communication skills, empathy, and a collaborative approach to working with students, families, and staff.
