In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing communications strategies that enhance brand awareness.
  • Introduce innovative tactics, standard methodologies, and metrics for Marcom across Final Control, while mentoring a team of Business Unit and Industry marketing communications professionals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and recommend industry marketing opportunities in alignment with product management objectives.
  • Champion customer-centric messaging, solution differentiators, and consistency in branding across various channels, while guiding the Manila Creative Services Team.
  • Create and Drive digital marketing strategies, focusing on continuous improvement in SEO, analytics, and online campaigns.
  • Lead Public Relations efforts, acting as the gatekeeper for Final Control press releases and collaborating with key media outlets.
  • Collaborate with Final Control teams globally to drive market leadership, enhance customer experience, and foster brand loyalty.
  • Oversee cross-Final Control marketing communication resources, leading and influencing team members across various geographies.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Significant experience in a marketing communications role
  • 5+ years in a leadership role
  • Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
  • 10+ years in a marketing communications role
  • Understanding of Digital and Traditional media
  • Experience in industrial applications.
