Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic communications plan to advance NovaSource Power's brand identity and increase visibility among key stakeholders.
  • Create marketing and public relations strategies that align business goals with meaningful integrated campaign strategies, messaging, and content.
  • Identify challenges and opportunities, and work with our leadership team to recognize internal and external communications opportunities and solutions.
  • Lead the creation of compelling marketing content across all platforms, channels, and geographies, ensuring message alignment.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for digital marketing, managing and optimizing programs across all digital marketing channels.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience leading marketing or communications teams at an international enterprise level.
  • Proficiency in core marketing capabilities, including copywriting, digital creative development, segmentation, and investment optimization.
  • Understanding of Content Marketing, Customer Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, and/or Global Marketing Operations.
  • Experience establishing and implementing a multi-year marketing and communication plan at an enterprise level.
  • Minimum educational achievement of a bachelor's degree (preferably Masters) in a related field.
  • Proven success in hiring, mentoring, developing, leading, and retaining staff.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including diplomacy, persuasion, oral and written communication, public speaking, consensus building, and decision-making.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and up to 5% internationally.
