Location: Various locations across North Carolina

As a Corporate Secretary you will manage the company s corporate records ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and handle corporate governance matters. You will prepare and maintain documentation for board meetings shareholder communications and regulatory filings.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and organize corporate records including minutes resolutions and legal documents.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare documentation for board meetings and shareholder communications.
  • Assist in the implementation of corporate governance policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with directors shareholders and regulatory authorities as required.


Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in business administration law or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in a corporate secretarial or governance role.
  • Strong understanding of corporate governance principles.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Membership in good standing with the provincial Bar. 3+ years of experience in corporate law, preferably in a law firm setting. Strong understanding of corporate law, including M&A, governance, and compliance. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
