Key Account Manager

• Establish relationship map to drive engagement and collaboration between Schneider Electric and assigned accounts. Key engagements are our Schneider Electric Senior Leadership, Industrial Sales Teams (iTSE, OEM, End User) and Line of Business as well as remaining relevant teams that represent all SE Businesses.
• Drive eCommerce initiatives with assigned accounts to grow direct and indirect online sales
• Ensure consistent product launch rollout/release plans and reporting results to all key stakeholders
• Identify the latest trends and needs in the marketplace for continuous improvements and growth opportunities
• Work closely with all lines of business teams, DCX, marketing, operation, and channel leadership to ensure alignment on strategy.
• Establish a Trusted Advisor and Channel Advocate relationship with all assigned accounts.
- 5-10 years of sales experience desired
- Experience in Account Management, Business Plan development and execution
- Proven Relationship Management Skills
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key individuals at assigned accounts
- Closely coordinate all activities with the account sales management team, internally and externally
- Strong knowledge of Automation Offers and Applications
- Structured and well organized is required
