Senior Project Officer

THE ROLE
Work Locations: Bairnsdale, Sale, Morwell and/or Warragul. / Frankston, Cheltenham and/or Dandenong (Flexible-Hybrid)
As a new initiative to support the child protection workforce, Child Protection Workforce Support teams will be embedded in each Division (North, South, East, West) and Statewide Children and Families Operations.
The team will deliver a range of initiatives and supports to Child Protection Managers, Directors and the broader child protection team to assist with recruitment, retention and wellbeing activities in accordance with the Child Protection Workforce Strategy 2021-24.
The Senior Project Officer will work in collaboration with the Corporate Delivery and Services team and the Office of Professional Practice across a range of operational and strategic work programs of recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning and wellbeing initiatives for the Child Protection program.
