Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Working with site functional teams and suppliers to establish robust RCCA for part quality defects attributed to suppliers.
- Managing process improvements and qualifications with suppliers
- Developing and executing strategy for Supplier Quality in conjunction with Sourcing, Operations, and other cross functional business partners
- Evolving the organization to stay competent, contemporary, and ahead of business needs.
- Product Qualification/Validation, Supplier Quality Assurance and Supplier Quality Development
- Supplier qualifications, action plans, audits, performance monitoring, and assisting key suppliers towards industrial excellence.
- Ensuring supplier adherence to quality requirements (product and system)
- Partnering with cross functional team to develop projects plans, strategy road maps, risks, and recommendations to senior business leaders.
- Communicating solutions across our function and with cross functional partner organizations
Minimum Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of manufacturing experience) AND
- Minimum of 3 years of supplier quality experience

- Previous experience in Supplier Quality
