JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the overall management of personnel and operations for brokerage and aggregator
products and services. Monitor processes to maximize efficiency, train and develop staff, and maintain
utilized systems. Accountable for monitoring and managing premium growth; employee, insured and
contract retention; team training and development; outside broker/carrier appointment management;
brokerage and aggregator program development; and projected annual profit goals.

- Lead in brokerage and aggregator program development and continuous process improvement;
provide training on new processes and procedures for process optimization. - Continuously improve our brokerage and aggregator ethic, systems, and processes to keep pace
with technology and affiliated agency expectations and demands. - Oversee the operation of brokerage and aggregator products to ensure maximum efficiency, best
technology implementation and utilization, and a positive customer experience. - Oversee and audit daily operations looking for opportunities to improve processes, enhance
performance and achieve profitability goals. - Manage development and maintenance of brokerage and aggregator databases, manuals,
systems, and training resources that assist staff, agents, and others in acquiring and retaining
profitable business and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. - Analyze and oversee departmental growth, ensuring balanced workloads, staff engagement, and
proper staffing and pricing. - Develop and maintain superior relationships with staff, agencies, agents, and internal contacts to
ensure smooth operations of customer service. - Organize and deliver department reports, and any other pertinent information, as requested.
- Foster a realistic workload/personal life balance expectation for staff and able to navigate staffing
situations while achieving company goals and contract requirements. - Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement department strategy; foster
positive relationships within the department and with company staff. - Create realistic deadlines and checkpoints to successfully manage job stress and pressure for
myself and the team. - Ensure products and processes follow corporate and departmental policies and procedures.
- Develop, motivate, and retain high-performance/team-oriented employees, conducting
performance reviews and feedback meetings for direct reports. - Participate and provide input in departmental meetings and strategic planning sessions that
involve collective decision-making to help ensure that Affiliates goals align with overall corporate
strategy. Regularly visit agency offices, denominational offices, strategic accounts, and partnering
entities. - Complete other projects as assigned.

- Must be willing to obtain a P/C and/or L/H license.
- Maintain knowledge of current and emerging technologies of systems used within the Affiliates
division, and the company. - Effectively interface with external contacts, Brotherhood employees, managers, and department
staff members.
List Degree Requirement, Years' Experience, and Certifications
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required.
- A minimum of five years of experience in sales, marketing, underwriting, project management,
strategic development, or insurance-related fields is required. - At least five years of supervisory experience is required.
- One or more professional insurance (CPCU, CIC, or other similar designation) or project
management designations recognized and respected by agents and our industry desired. - A minimum of three years of business analysis and project management experience related to
insurance is desired. - Prior product development experience is desired.
