Overview:
Seeking an HR Assistant to join our biopharmaceutical company dedicated to revolutionizing cancer treatment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Manager to schedule candidates for interviews via Outlook for both onsite and virtual interviews. Send the candidate interview schedule and any other relevant documentation.
  • Manage administrative paperwork for temporary employees including CDA's.
  • Manage the HR & Benefits email Inboxes to ensure emails are followed up on in a timely manner and sent to the right point of contact.
  • Coordinate the new hire documentation processes and ensure that all required paperwork is received and processed accordingly and in a timely manner. Support the preemployment checks for new hires including reference and background check processes.
  • Track recruiting and termination metrics on a monthly basis.
  • Handle registration, scheduling, logistics and catering for all HR events including training sessions and benefits webinars.
  • File and digitize employee paperwork, as necessary.
  • Provide administrative support to assist with HR related documents including calendars, personnel files, FMLA paperwork and others as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or college degree
  • 13 years of administrative support experience preferably in an office environment, ideally in HR
  • Strong MS Outlook scheduling/calendar experience
  • Basics skills in Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint, Outlook, ZOOM, MS Teams
