The role of the Director, Destination Experiences, Partners, and Operations at Celebrity Cruises encompasses the responsibility of bringing the brand's guest experience vision to life through a wide array of destination experiences. Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a respected product expert, aligning stakeholders around a shared vision for flawless execution of guest experiences.
  • Facilitate seamless transition from product strategy to execution team, providing expertise and resources for refining strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor daily delivery of experiences to meet revenue targets, enhance guest satisfaction, and maintain high standards with tour operators.
  • Lead strategic updates to shipboard executive teams, ensuring necessary resources for success.
  • Manage tour operator partnerships, develop programs to strengthen relationships, and drive return on investment.
  • Utilize insights to design and deliver destination experiences, maintaining compliance and high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with various departments to optimize pricing strategies and enhance revenue and guest satisfaction.
  • Implement start-up plans and post-season reviews to drive continuous improvement and success.
  • Contribute to training and development initiatives to enhance product knowledge across the brand.
  • Engage in cross-functional conversations and represent the brand at internal and external events.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive impactful recommendations and decisions.
  • Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in product development, travel industry, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated success in fast-paced environments with strong project management skills.
  • Proven ability to inspire and lead high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30-40% of the time.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of influencing across multiple levels.
