ATA Services, Inc., is looking for a part-time event administative assistant to work for our client, Vermont's Physical Activity, Nutrition & Women's Divsion of the Department of Health.

Begins around July 1, October 15, 2024.

Hourly rate

$22/hr

Location: Remote

Hours: Anticipate 15-20 hours a week to start. As the event nears there may be an increase in hours.

Overview:
This clerical person will support the event planner, and a supervisor. The primary objective is to get a big conference set up for Oct. 1

that will be held at the Doubletree in South Burlington.

Duties:

  • Very efficient, detailed-oriented, with ciritical thinking skills.
  • Versed in Excel and MS Suites for name tag creation and general office support.
  • Excellent customer services skills.
  • The state has purchased an App called Event Bright and the selected candidate must be comfortable using this App. This is something they can train on but will be expected to understand by the conference date.

Qualifications:

  • Strong computer experience, data entry, MS Excel, MS Word skills.
  • Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • High School Diploma or the equivalent.
