Product Marketing Manager, North American Stores Marketing

Job Summary

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive a best-in-class customer experience and help drive sales and innovation across email and push campaigns in North America Stores (NAS).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop manual and semi-automated campaigns in support of seasonally relevant cross-category events.
  • Partner with Creative, Tech, and Central Automated Marketing teams to drive best-in-class email and push campaigns for customers.
  • Use email segmentation to send curated content to specific audiences.
  • Track conversion rates and related revenue from campaigns.
  • Conduct analysis on campaign performance and make necessary adjustments.
  • Use performance insights to optimize for growth.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs.
  • Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives.
