About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Outbound Product Manager to join our AWS Support Product team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies that drive revenue growth and customer adoption.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outbound product management or business development, with a proven track record of success in delivering products and services for the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Launch & Positioning: Develop and execute product launch strategies, and create compelling product messaging that resonates with customers and differentiates our products in the market.
  • Sales Process: Co-own goals around Sales Pipeline, conversion and revenue with sales and product teams. Provide feedback to improve the Sales Process.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to create sales collateral and tools, and provide training to ensure a successful go-to-market strategy.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive landscape, and provide actionable insights to shape product strategy and positioning.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, marketing, and other internal teams to align goals and drive successful product execution.
