How you will impact the organization...

This role will lead technical discovery with customers to integrate complex business applications and requirements into data driven solution designs to improve processes and workflows for our healthcare and finance verticals.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the eFax Enterprise API, Consensus Clarity and Consensus suite of integration products and present them to both Business and Technical prospects and customers.
  • Assist with the education of Sales Teams on product specific positioning
  • Create and manage technical proposals, author custom solution documents (SOW)
  • Design integrations and workflows to solve prospect and customer needs.
  • Deliver executive-level conversations for customers and prospects to educate and inspire on the power of AI for the Enterprise
  • Deliver webinars presentations at industry and customer conferences on a variety of AI-related topics.
  • Propose, plan and help execute proof of concepts and technical validations, ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the process.
  • Manage both the pre-sales and transition to onboarding integrations for the products and services in a clear, well defined and logical manner.
  • Identify opportunities for Professional Services engagements.
  • Build awareness of our products within relevant markets by participating in webinars and conferences, as required.
  • Provide feedback from external markets to Marketing and Product Management Teams.
  • Train external users on services as required, to ensure a successful conclusion of the proof of concept / technical validation, and to ensure prospects gain a deep level of confidence in the proposed solutions.

What you will bring to the table...

  • 10+ years experience in healthcare IT in technical client facing role with a proven track record of successfully driving solution design in the sales cycle to support selling high tech products and services, preferably software-as-a-service, to enterprise and mid-market/corporate customers.
  • 5+ years experience with technical solutions design experience in similar industries selling to IT organizations of large corporations.
  • 5+ years of experience working with Healthcare companies and HIPAA compliance.
  • General understanding of document and information security as well as data regulations and compliance requirements within a broad spectrum of vertical markets.
  • 5+ years of experience in drafting Lean Business Cases and documenting solution artifacts and following up on customer needs for Product implementations.
  • 5+ years experience with Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite (Google Docs/Sheets/Word/Excel)
  • 5+ years of experience with enterprise communication tools (Teams, Slack, etc)
  • Experience with, and a strong understanding of, HL7 and FHIR environments and communication solutions.
  • Exceptional skills in communication, presentations, relationship building, critical thinking, prioritzing responsibilities, multitasking and time management.

  • Knowledge of Lucid charts Diagramming software is beneficial
  • Experience in AI and Business Intelligence is beneficial
  • Experience with scripting tools is beneficial

  • Location requirements: Fully remote within the U.S. (Los Angeles, Las Vegas or Braintree, Massachusetts preferred.)
  • Travel requirements: Up to 15% domestic travel
  • Physical requirements: Must be able to sit for long periods, as well as, handle long periods of screen time.
  • Technology requirements: Reliable, high speed internet

The salary range for this role is $120,000. The total compensation package for this position is negotiable and may also include [annual performance bonus, ESPP, enhanced time off packages and benefits.]
