JustFOIA is the easiest-to-use cloud-based records requests software that manages every step of the process from intake to delivery. JustFOIA saves our clients valuable time through automating repetitive tasks, such as assignments, reminders, and communication with requesters and responders.

We are looking for a driven, self-motivated individual to generate leads in the Government space primarily through outbound calls and emails to secure online product demonstrations of records request software for Solution Consultants.

What you'll do:

  • Make outbound sales prospecting calls and emails
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of calls in CRM
  • Schedule online product demonstrations for Solution Consultants
  • Provide strategic input for product sales initiatives and marketing specifically as it relates to geographic and vertical market analysis
  • Maintain and effectively manage prospect "follow-up" list
  • Exceed established goals for daily sales communication
  • Establish strong working relationships with clients and colleagues to drive business and ensure customer satisfaction

What you'll need to be successful:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience in Direct Sales, minimum of 2 years
  • Proven track record of success in generating leads and sales through outbound calls
  • Have excellent communication skills, specifically over the phone and via email
  • Understand the various elements of software as a service (SaaS) and hosted technology
  • Desire to stay abreast of relevant technology applications and trends
